On [Date of notice], I sent to you a notice claiming excuse under [Citation local enactment of UCC $ 2-615], in connection with my performance of our agreement dated [Date of agreement], for the sale of [type of goods]. As that notice was not returned to me I assume that it reached you in due course on or about [date executed].
I have not yet heard from you in reply to that notice. As more than a reasonable time has elapsed since you received the notice I regard our agreement as having lapsed by virtue of [Citation of local enactment of UCC $ 2-612.2].
